Yuri Buenaventura

As a child, Yuri is lulled by European music and by percussion, marimba, African songs that echo on the beaches of his native island, Buenaventura.

It is in the pure tradition of Latin American music that he wished to entrust the arrangements and the production of his 6th studio album to one of the masters of the genre, José Aguirre. Paroles is a collection of songs, bringing together different eras and thoughts, that Yuri Buenaventura wanted to associate with the music and rhythms that are dear to him: Salsa, Mambo, Cha-cha-cha…

After swinging the audience of the Jazz Festival at the Hospitalet in 2011 and 2014 during two memorable concerts, Yuri returns this summer to the stage of Château l'Hospitalet.

Jean-Baptiste Guegan

Buy Tickets

When his parents took him to see Johnny Hallyday in concert in Bercy when he was only 9 years old, it was a revelation. He knows that he will dedicate his life to song.

Growing up, his voice asserted itself spectacularly up to that of his idol so that the public devoted him, in 2018, to the finale of the program La France a Incredible Talent.

Since then, Jean-Baptiste Guégan has been following in the footsteps of the giant.

With Michel Mallory, composer for Johnnie, in 2019 he recorded an epic album in Nashville. Then he hit the road, with a training of musicians, some of whom accompanied the Taulier throughout his career.

There is no doubt that Château l'Hospitalet will be a milestone on this triumphant tour.
