On this site, hotel reservations are made using Availpro software and secure banking transactions are operated via the SSL payment platform.

THE PRICES :

Our prices are displayed for each offer and may be revised once a year. They are confirmed at the time of booking.

Half-board includes breakfast in the dining room and dinner or lunch, excluding drinks. The city tax is not included and will be charged at the time of your stay with us (1.65 € per person per night).

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

For stays of more than 5 nights, all reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay and must be confirmed in writing by us. This deposit is not refundable but can be used for a stay reprogrammed within 12 months.

For stays of less than 5 nights, a credit card number will be requested to secure the reservation.

The balance of the stay is to be paid on the day of departure.

In case of no payment at departure, the credit card left as a guarantee will be charged under the same conditions as a cancellation.

The credit card number is destroyed on the day of departure.

TERMS OF CANCELATION:

In case of cancellation, the costs borne by the customer are as follows:

* Deposit for stays of more than 5 nights not refunded in case of cancellation but reportable on a future stay.

* Cancellation more than 48 hours before arrival, without deposit: 50% of the first night.

* Cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, or "no show", without deposit: 100% of the first night

The reservation contract may be terminated automatically by the hotelier without this being able to give rise to a payment of damages to the customers in case of an event constituting force majeure or in case of impossibility of exploitation of the hotel in accordance with hotel standards commonly accepted for a cause not attributable to the hotelier, in particular in case of delay of opening or non-opening (natural disaster, closed road), and in case of cessation of payment of the customer.

ACCOMMODATION-BAGAGES:

Rooms are available to guests at 4 pm on the day of arrival. They must be released at 12 o'clock on the day of departure; if this is not the case, an extra night will be charged.

Any damage done by the guest in the room during his stay will be charged. The hotel can not be held responsible for theft, loss or damage of luggage stored by guests in the public areas of the hotel, in the non-locked room or in the car in the car park.

A Classic or Superior room is designed to accommodate: 2 adults and a baby, no extra charge.

A Collection or Heritage suite is intended to accommodate: 2 adults and possibly 2 additional adults or 2 children, with supplement.

Pets are accepted with supplement

The management of the hotel reserves the right to refuse a pet if it considers the animal dangerous or may disturb the tranquility of the place.

CLAIMS PROCESSING AND DISPUTES:

Any difference concerning the interpretation or the execution of the contract and which could not be the subject of an amicable settlement will be brought before the commercial court closest to the hotel.

Your reservation will become firm and final only after confirmation of availability, by electronic or manual mode. Your credit card number is required as a guarantee at the time of booking.

Your file number is communicated to you on the website and by e-mail as soon as you make a reservation request. Keep your file number, you will be asked to make all changes and on arrival.

If you make a reservation request by e-mail to reception.hotel@gerard-bertrand.com:

- Upon registration of your request, a confirmation is sent to you by email as soon as possible, with a proposal according to the availability of the selected hotel.

- Upon receipt of the proposal, the Customer must confirm as soon as possible by e-mail his reservation by indicating his credit card number as a guarantee.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Checks, cash in euros, credit cards are accepted.

Accepted credit cards are VISA, Mastercard, American Express.

Holiday vouchers ANCV are also accepted.

AFTER SALES SERVICE :

It is up to each customer to inquire, before taking orders, about any local events such as carnivals, religious holidays, national holidays or events on our site (weddings, private events, festivals) that could affect the smooth running of the trip. . No claim of this fact can not be addressed later to STH Château L'Hospitalet.

Any claim for non-performance or improper performance of the travel contract must be reported on site by stating your grievances within 24 hours of your arrival.
